The private sector participants will vary from one person to national names, organisations with thousands of employees. Each participant will befit varying funding sources that are inappropriate to others. The financial framework will develop methodologies to match companies and investors in the most efficient and profitable manner. Often potentially valuable small companies need considerable business coaching and business planning advice in order they are eligible for investment. A set of finance industry specified criteria will be applied to match investors and investees. This provision within the ecosystem will optimise the prospects of successful investment outcomes. It avoids 'throwing the baby out with the bathwater' that usually accompanies the inexperience of smaller companies applying to funding sources to which they are ill-suited.
