World-class, "next generation" homes

UK3.0 is a project to provide world-class, "next generation" homes, throughout the UK. It is a private sector led initiative, building a national digital 'ecosystem' to deliver a vast array of private and public sector services, many of which are totally free.
The ecosystem and the services will add substantial value to new and refurbished homes. Installation packages will be offered for existing homes.
UK3.0's objectives align with government's 'Digital Britain' theme:
  • UK3.0 aims to support effective use of resources
  • Providing value added services such as intelligent energy and water management
  • Health & well-being in the home
  • Underpinning the development of new economic activities
£100 billion p.a. by 2019
By offering efficiencies for the delivery of public sector services and new markets for UK companies, large and small, the project has a goal of contributing to the UK £100 billion per annum to the UK by 2019.
